Downtown, Flagler Village and the beach
Towers downtown, in Flagler Village and along the beach usually have service-elevator bookings, loading-dock hours and limited street parking. Book the elevator with your building, tell us the window and where a truck can stop, and we plan the pickup inside it. Condo move-outs and kitchen or bathroom renovations are the usual loads.
Victoria Park, Rio Vista and older neighborhoods
Many older homes have narrow driveways, detached garages or alley access, and some streets are tight for a truck. Send a photo of the driveway or the street with your pile so we know how close we can park. Homes being renovated or sold often need a full garage or estate cleanout first.
Renovation debris
If you are remodeling, we haul drywall, cabinets, tile and packaging as construction debris, or tear out cabinets and tile first with light demolition. We do not take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel or asbestos.
Furniture pickups start at $149, household loads at $175 and renovation debris at $225. The final price is confirmed before we load.
